How does ThinkSmart CST work?
ThinkSmart CST is an online course platform which provides Artificial Intelligence (AI) generated video content for Core Surgical Training applicants. You can get started by signing up for free, no credit card required. We also provide free courses & resources for you to explore before purchasing any of our paid products. Our products are provided on a recurring monthly subscription basis.
How do I cancel my monthly subscription?
To cancel your monthly subscription, please email us at info@thinksmartcst.com. Our team will process your request promptly and confirm your cancellation via email. Currently, cancellations are not possible through the website or our payment processor (Stripe). Once your monthly subscription is cancelled, you will retain access until the current billing period ends. After that, your access will be discontinued. If you encounter any issues or need further assistance, we are here to help. Please note that refunds will NOT be processed if a cancellation request is submitted AFTER a payment has been successfully processed.
How do you decide your pricing?
We are committed to widening access to surgery by providing affordable, high-quality resources for our students. Our prices take into account the running costs of the platform (i.e., video production, website hosting, tax, employment fees), as well as the time commitment provided by our devoted & experienced team. Furthermore, market research ensures that we are able to provide fair pricing structures when compared with other similar platforms.
Am I able to share my log-in details with a colleague or friend?
Unfortunately, this is not permitted as it greatly devalues the hard work and time invested by our team. For security purposes, should multiple log-ins or IP addresses be detected by our system, your access will be automatically discontinued to prevent unauthorised use. This helps us secure your account and protect your details.
Am I able to sample course videos before purchasing a product?
Of course! Your trust is important to us and we appreciate that our students may wish to sample our resources before purchasing. As such, we have provided a free course which showcases some of our high quality video lessons, all of which are representative of the calibre you expect to receive when you make a purchase.
Am I able to request a refund?
Unfortunately, due to the non-returnable nature of our digital products, we are currently unable to process refunds on any of our courses, bundles or services once purchased. We created our free course to encourage students to carefully consider our products so they are able to make an informed decision about whether our platform is the right fit for them. Please note that refunds will NOT be processed if a cancellation request is submitted AFTER a payment has been successfully processed.
